Our on site workshop is fully equipped and staffed with experienced Technicians who can undertake anything from just a routine service to major insurance work.
We are members of the Approved Workshop Scheme and are recognised as a company who invest heavily in staff training. Our dedicated workshop team are all fully factory trained having attended a variety of courses from all the major Manufactures.
This serves to enhance our already enviable reputation for customer service, which is why the vast majority of our customers return to us year after year for their servicing and maintenance needs.
Motorhome and Caravan servicing
To keep your Caravan or Motorhome in peak condition we recommend that the living area is inspected annually. Our inspection consists of a comprehensive multipoint check which includes gas, electric systems, plumbing, chassis (caravans only) and a full damp check and report.
Warranty Work
The workshops at Continental are approved motorhome and caravan warranty repair agents for Autotrail, Chausson, Tribute and Swift Group. As authorised repairers for these manufacturers we can provide a full warranty backed repair facility with access to genuine spare parts.
We are also an approved service and fitting centre for Alko, Thetford, Truma, Powr -Touch Motormovers and Guard X vehicle body protection.
MB+G Insurance Extended warranty
Whilst we hope your vehicle will be trouble free during your ownership we have teamed together with MB&G insurance to offer our customers old and new a mechanical and electrical breakdown cover for new and used motorhomes.

Parts and accessories
We have an extensive parts department and have access to genuine spare parts from Autotrail, Chausson, Tribute and Swift Group. We can also supply and fit Fiamma awnings, status aerials.
Autogas Cylinder kits, Roof Rack and Ladders, motor movers and most other Motorhome and caravan accessories.
Collection and delivery
We are pleased to announce that we can now arrange collection and delivery of your caravan or motorhome from your home address, storage unit or Holiday Park to our workshop department in Cross Hands.

Certification and Standards
The approved workshop scheme is operated by the National Caravan Council, the Caravan Club and the Camping and Caravanning Club and is designed to secure the highest levels of service standards are delivered by participating workshops.
To be a member of the Approved Workshop Scheme, workshops have to meet the minimum competence requirements set by the scheme.
Skills Active caravan industry training support members and applicants of the Approved workshop scheme by providing the necessary training and certification in the following three criteria.
- ACoPs Gas Competence Certificate
- CITO Electrical Competence Certificate
- City and Guilds in Caravan and Motorhome engineering
